About us

A local repair service that tells it straight.

LDN Appliance Care repairs the appliances West London homes rely on every day. We come to you, find out what’s actually wrong and fix it at a fair, agreed price.

Who we are

Independent, local and focused on one thing.

We’re a domestic appliance repair service working across West London: Ealing, Hanwell, Southall, Greenford, Acton, Chiswick, Hammersmith, Fulham, Shepherd’s Bush, Kensington, Chelsea, Notting Hill, Brentford, Hounslow and the neighbourhoods in between.

In practice that means washing machines and washer dryers, fridge freezers, dishwashers, tumble dryers, ovens and range cookers, and hobs, freestanding or integrated.

Being independent means we’re not tied to any manufacturer. We work on every major brand and can give you an impartial view on whether a repair is worth it, and which parts make sense for your appliance.

Being local means short travel times, appointment slots you can plan around and someone you can actually reach on the phone.

How we work

Six promises we keep on every job.

Find the real fault

Proper testing with the right tools, not swapping parts until something works. You pay for the fault you have.

Price it before we fix it

A £40 call-out covers the visit and diagnosis. Everything after that is quoted and agreed first.

Repair before replace

Most appliance faults are repairable for far less than a new machine. When one isn’t, we’ll say so.

Treat your home with care

We call ahead, arrive in your slot and work tidily, especially around fitted kitchens and integrated appliances.

Stand behind the work

Parts we fit are guaranteed for 12 months against the same fault coming back.

Respect your time

Three-hour appointment windows and a call before we arrive, so you’re not waiting in all day.

Why repair

The greenest appliance is the one you already own.

Making a new washing machine or fridge takes a lot of materials and energy, and much of that is lost when an old one is scrapped. Replacing a worn pump, element or seal is usually a fraction of the cost of a new machine, and keeps a working appliance out of the waste stream.

So we always look at the repair first. And if it really isn’t worth saving, we’ll tell you, so you can replace it knowing it was the right call.

Something stopped working? Let’s get it running again.
